EnviroBate, Inc. announced today that it was acquired by Mark Zoia, who will take over as CEO. EnviroBate founder and former CEO Jerry Larson will remain connected to the business as an advisor after an amicable sale to Mr. Zoia.
All employees remain as will the EnviroBate name and all related certifications, insurance and bonding. EnviroBate headquarters will continue to be located in Minneapolis at 3301 East 26th Street. EnviroBate and its associated property is now fully owned by Mark Zoia and his wife, Heidi Weaver.
